A few weeks after the signing of the agreement for the acquisition of Tecno Logica by Scm Group, we had the pleasure of visiting the group's headquarters in Rimini. We were welcomed by Scm Group partners Andrea Aureli, Giovanni Gemmani, Enrico and Valentina Aureli, CEO Marco Mancini, general manager Luigi De Vito and HR & Organization director Alessandro Capucci.
For our team, the visit was an opportunity to explore new business opportunities and further professional growth linked to entering a company strongly oriented towards innovation and internationality such as Scm Group.
The group in turn, thanks to the know-how and experience of Tecno Logica professionals and the new synergies developed, will be able to strengthen its leadership in the sectors of aluminum, composite materials and wood processing.
The visit to the Rimini production site, to the Technology Center dedicated to the best Scm solutions for woodworking and to the latest investments made by the group in the digitalization and servitization front - the Digital Control Room and the automatic warehouse for Autostore spare parts - have attracted great interest from our collaborators. All in an atmosphere of conviviality and great enthusiasm in undertaking this new path together.
