From edgebanding to complete part machining, and through to window and door production: Tecno Logica’s development path continues and expands on the occasion of Xylexpo 2026, scheduled from June 9 to 12, where the company will be present together with Scm Group. At the core is a production approach based on integrating multiple operations into a single flow, operations that are normally carried out on several machines or lines, reducing the various processing stages to a single pass and simplifying line organization.

After introducing a new approach to edgebanding with RO-TEC solutions, based on carousel configurations with 4, 6, or 8 stations, the company has extended this principle to other panel processing phases (drilling, milling, hardware insertion). The result is a system capable of integrating multiple operations on multiple panels simultaneously within a single machine, eliminating intermediate transfers between systems and enabling flexible production, even down to batch size one.

The underlying concept is the rotary transfer: the workpiece is clamped and positioned vertically, moving through different operational stations that perform the process while the part remains stationary. Vertical handling allows optimization of floor space compared to traditional linear systems, while maintaining a continuous and controlled production flow.

At Xylexpo, this paradigm is extended to the window and door manufacturing process. Tecno Logica has broadened the application of carousel technology by developing and patenting several configurations for the production of wooden, aluminum, or wood/aluminum windows and doors, differentiated by layout and integrated processes.

With Window RO-TEC, compactness, productivity, flexibility, and process quality become key elements of a proposal that visitors will be able to explore in detail at the SCM stand.

An approach that redefines layouts and production logic, bringing greater efficiency and integration to wood and aluminum processing operations.
