As provided for in European Union Regulation No. 679/2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”) and in particular Article 13, we hereby provide you with the information required by law regarding the processing of your personal data.
What data we process (Art. 13, paragraph 1, letter a; Art. 15, letter b, GDPR)
TECNO LOGICA S.R.L., based in Via Indipendenza, 12 - 31027 Spresiano (TV) - Italy, operates as Data Controller and collects and/or receives the following information about you:
- Data contained in registration forms (first name, last name, tax code, place and date of birth, physical and electronic address, landline and/or mobile phone number, professional career data, curriculum vitae contents, and any data related to your health status);
- Browsing data from our website, such as: traffic data, any location data, website visits, weblog, IP address, operating system used, browser used, cookies;
- Data you send us through correspondence/email/surveys or other contact forms.
Why we need your data (Art. 13, paragraph 1, letters c, d, e, f, GDPR)
We use your data to proceed with your placement, manage the employment relationship, and comply with legal obligations. In particular, your data will be processed for:
- Job matching activities, research, selection, outplacement, and training activities.
Legal basis: fulfillment of pre-contractual and contractual measures and compliance with legal obligations. - Activities related to the improvement of services mentioned in point 1) provided both online and offline by the Controller.
Legal basis: fulfillment of pre-contractual and contractual measures and the legitimate interest of the Controller. - Commercial communication, information, newsletters, surveys, and customer care.
Legal basis: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. - Disclosure of your data to clients, public and private entities, companies, and individuals supporting service provision.

What happens if you do not provide your data? (Art. 13, paragraph 2, letter e, GDPR)
Failure to provide the data will make it impossible to manage the contract and provide the requested services.
How long will your data be stored? (Art. 13, paragraph 2, letter a, GDPR)
Personal data is stored for the time necessary to manage the contract and its related obligations. Data entered on the website will be deleted after 36 months of inactivity, with email notice three months prior to deletion.
How we process your data (Art. 13, paragraph 2, letter f, GDPR)
Processing is carried out using paper or electronic media by authorized personnel. No automated decision-making processes are used, although profiling may occur for browsing activities via cookies.
What are your rights? (Art. 13, paragraph 1, letter b; paragraph 2, letter b, GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Obtain confirmation of the processing of your personal data;
- Access the data and learn about its origin, purpose, recipients, and retention period;
- Update or rectify personal data;
- Delete or limit processing, if provided for by law;
- Obtain a copy of your personal data.
Requests will be processed within one month, extendable by two months in complex cases.
